Supplemental California Privacy Notice
This Supplemental California Privacy Notice only applies to our processing of personal data that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“ CCPA”). The CCPA provides California residents with the right to know what categories of personal data Woebot Health has collected about them and whether Woebot Health disclosed that personal data for a business purpose (e.g., to a service provider) in the preceding twelve months. Additional Privacy Rights for California Residents
“Sales” of Personal Data under the CCPA. For purposes of the CCPA, Woebot Health does not “sell” personal data, nor do we have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal data of minors under 16 years of age.
Non-Discrimination. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for exercising their rights conferred by the CCPA.

Verification. De-Identified Information. If we create or receive de-identified information, we will not attempt to re-identify such information, except to comply with applicable law.
Right for Minors to Remove Posted Content. Where required by law, residents under the age of 18 may request to have their posted content or information removed from the publicly-viewable portions of our Services. To do so, please Contact Us.
Please note the removal of posted content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information posted on our Services; for example, the content may not be viewable to certain users while it still remains on our servers in some form.
